We are going to learn about the Continents of the world today. 

 

You have a choice of tasks. You can either:

 

Watch and follow the Continents lesson via this link. It covers the Continents of the world plus the Northern and Southern Hemispheres and the equator.

Or, you can watch the videos below and try to create your own map of the world using household objects such as socks/clothing, pasta, play-doh or lego.  I have attached some photos to inspire you. 

 

When you have created your map, you can write labels for each Continent.

 

Year 2: You could also add and label the United Kingdom, the Equator and the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
