Today we played a game called 'listening ears'. The children had to listen to the clues and guess which item in their tray their partner was describing. It was great fun and felt good when we got it right! Brois says 'Listening carefully to what our friends say is important'.
Today the children played musical friends. When the music stopped they had to find a partner, making sure no one was left out. When the music stopped again, they had to join another pair and again until the whole class was one group. We then talked about how this is important when playing in the classroom. We are now on the lookout for children playing on their own, inviting each other to play and making room for everyone in our games. Boris says “Good friends always make sure everyone is included.” ‘Do not look out only for yourselves. Look out for the good of others also.’ 1 Corinthians 10:24
