With Jan today, the children sang lots of different songs and attempted the actions. We sang 'Hello' and clapped hands with a partner, 'old John Muddlecome', 'The north wind doth blow' and the snowman song- melting to the sound in the 'Lyre'. She showed us her 'Lyre' instrument, which the children had a go on and listened to the different sounds on the 'Metalaphone', going higher and lower.
