If you have time, write down your advice or positive affirmations (phrases)  on to a pebble. Have fun decorating your pebble too! Place your pebble somewhere in your local area for others to find.  Label it WSG in the corner, take a picture of it and where you have placed it so we can see if we spot each others. You may make someones day when they find it.
