We are giving the gift of story telling by sharing our Talk for Writing story to Oak Class- The Three Billy Goats Gruff 📖
Today, we had a visit from our Worship Team. They came to tell us about the prayers basket in the school reflection area- if we ever have thoughts and prayers to share we can write them down and they can be read out in Worship. The team then sat with some children who had ideas to share. A wonderful experience for our Ash children and some very kind Oak children growing together ❤️🌳
Thinking about our school values and the bible verses attached, the children all decorated their own values bookmarks. These will soon be used by the children when they take reading books home from school 😊
Pause for Reflection- the children used the prayer space and thought about how they are all unique and special- "I'm special because I love others" "I'm special because I show love. I help people when they want their mummies."
