Today marks the start of Children’s Mental Health Week. Over the next few days, we will be exploring this year’s theme of ‘Express Yourself’ with the children. Today in Collective Worship, we talked about looking for the beauty in the world, getting outside and being grateful for our surroundings - a great way to boost mental and physical well-being.
