Fun-Trition

Last week we were visited by Premier Sports who were running a 'Funtrition' session for our children in Years 1-4. We had great fun learning about nutrition labels, the amount of sugar in our food and drink and the importance of regular exercise. See below for photos! The sessions were based around the main principles of keeping healthy – eating well, drinking well, moving well and sleeping well.
